Zone Alarm and Bt Satellite Problems, need help!!

I've got satellite broadband and seem unable to get it to work sucessfully
with Zone Alarm. If anyone here has go this combination running can they
please pass on the details. I have allowed all the (.exe) files access from
the Gilat folder but still the satellite icon goes red. I have also set zone
alarm to the lowest security setting but no joy.

I wonder if you need to add it to the trusted zones or something...
