Log into their web based interface and experiment with the BGP routes.
You may find a better one. It's all explained when you log in to
Easynews' web site.

Hi Dave,
Thanks, done that already, I'm quite familiar with the route change interface,
gave the same problems regardless. The issue was definately over here. I sent a
mail to Nildram support including the trace route and with an hour it was fixed.
Never had any explanation though.
