Order progress checker

I'm sure that there's some way to check on the progress of an ADSL order via
BT's website....can anyone confirm and provide a URL?

That link tells me I was enabled on my phone on the 3 August which just
didn't happen! that link still says the exchange was enabled on the 27th
July The router was delivered on the 3rd etc...
The exchange isn't getting enabled now till 17th August, my line will not be
enabled for 7 to 10 days after the exchange enablement (5 working days) and
I have heard it may be September before it's up and running!!
