Plusnet have a £24.99 business ADSL service including 50MB of web space,
free domain name, CGI, access via dial-up modem (useful if BT have a
problem with ADSL).
For £27.99 you get 250MB of web space.
They also have static IP and a 'no NAT' option for networking.

Thats EX VAT pricing and has a £50 activation fee.
