Rumour has it there was an article about Rocketry / EARS in the
Telegraph this weekend. Did anyone see it? Has anyone got a copy I
could have??

Or even better, could someone scan it and post it? If it was BigEARS then I
am pretty sure the journalist said she was from the Times..?

There was one in the Times on saturday on the front page!!!! Thought that was
very cool of the Times. I still have it some where should any one wish to have
it.

I particularly liked "The pre-launch preparation tent is wall-to-wall

What were the photographs like...? After talking with the por for a while

pretty damn good actually, there is a picture of Steve Gibbings & Gary
Sinclair's VB King Blobbo drag race with sweet blck smoke up the left side
and a pic of the seabrook kids prepping a rocket in the centre with
associted text, ill work on the scanning part

Hehe, quite a good report. But why do 'they' always make out that we
use high explosives? If we did our rockets would not get very far!

Thanks Martin, If anyone has an original copy they want to donate to me,
may be worth something to me if you need a bribe;-)

I actually thought the article was of the usual slightly damaging variety.
We may consider it tongue in cheek but there will be people who take it
seriously and get concerned by it.

I think that coment came from when she was speaking with Chris E & Flan etc.

Not that the're anoraks. geek maybe but anoraks no, not a thermos or bobble
hat in sight. ;-)
