Keypad fault

We have a fault with our keypad. It continues with the entry exit beeping, it
will not accept the code to switch it off, there is also a flashing signal
with a small strait line and a wavy line above it. Has anyone got the answer
as it is driving us mad

using Cabling-Design's Web, RSS and Social Media Interface to
uk.tech.electronic-security and other telecom groups
