I haven't seen 32 inch LCD's for less than £1k before. Don't know about
the quality of these but the spec looks quite attractive.

Well I could never understand why one could get a projector and very large
cinema type screen for less than a 32" lcd. So to me it is no surprise
that somewhere along the way they would be brought down in price to compete.

And they are still currently artificially high, wait until after xmas and
the prices will plummet once again.

Indeed. Never buy anything electrical/electronic in December. After all,
they've got to be able to quote the week when they charged £1000 for the
stuff they flag as 50% and sell at £500 in January.

They've come down a heck of a lot in the last two months, but I wouldn't
trust the one above as it doesn't even mention a manufacturer, not even a
crap one!
Why take the risk, when you can get a decent Sharp 32" for less than £1250?

I somehow doubt it, seen as the first true full resolution HDTV set (45"
Sharp) has only just become available this week........
