Humax PVR - 9300T fails to record.

I seem to recall that some time back there was a thread about Humax PVRs
failing to record TV programmes. Yesterday, I set my machine to record
"Hidden Histories - Britain's Oldest Family Businesses" on BBC 4 (not HD) at
9pm yesterday evening. I receive my signal from the Rosneath relay
transmitter, which is within clear line of sight. Later in the evening when
I wanted to watch the recording there was nothing. I then looked in the Menu
at "Scheduled Recordings" and saw it listed there. Presumably this is yet
another case (there have been similar instances before) where no signal has
been transmitted to trigger the recording.

I wonder if this apparent failure was experienced by others throughout the
UK?

When we have had an individual programme fail to record its record has
no longer been on the recording schedule.

Humax advised me to do a manual retune (but then that's their solution
to everything). It seems to happen less frequently afterwards but it
did not stop it reoccurring.
