There is info about Quest on Freeview channel 47 at this website:

Coming to Freeview
on May 14th 2009

Quest is a new TV channel where actions speak louder than words.
Building, exploring, solving crimes and living dangerously, get to
the heart of the action with the finest factual, lifestyle and
entertainment programming.

There is a noisy preview video.

chances of watching that channel - Nil ...

Oh good. That means we can watch it with the sound turned off and it'll
make perfect sense :-)
I wonder if it'll have subtitles?

Crap ones, obviously, which almost nobody will watch. How this can meet
the so-called spectrum efficiency criteria that Ofcom likes to witter on
about God only knows.
