Lost Eurobird Channels

Does anyone have an Idea why I should have lost the Eurobird only channels. I can receive Astra 2A and 2B fine. 

 

I recently cancelled by SKY subscription and I am not sure if this is linked. I only want to receive the FTA channels but would like to watch Motors TV, GoBarkingBad, Extreme Sports etc and these are all on Eurobird.  My Grundig GDS200 Digibox has a good signal strength and signal quality, in fact the best its been.

 

If I attempt to add the channel it gives a error NO SIGNAL, for any Eurobird channel, but OK on any Astra 2A/2B Channel.

 

I noticed that Eurobird is currently at 28.64 degrees and Astra should be at 28.2 degrees East but I don't beleive this could be the problem as I have such a good signal strength. Plus everyone else would have the same problem.

 

Could this be SKY disableing Eurobird on my box?

 

I have checked the position of dish whilst manually tuneing (on Installers Menu) and have a great signal strenght but no signal quality or lock. I can tune both Astra Sats OK.

 

I have just completed a new installation and forced downloading the lattest Operating System, but still no Eurobird Channels eg. Film4, GoBarkingMad, Extreem Sports etc.

 

Any suggestions.

My guess is your dish has moved, maybe in the recent winds? Eurobird is not as strong as Astra 2A etc because it orbital position is slightly different.
