if you only need 15m of it the 30p difference will hardly kill you!

with P&P likely to be at least Ł5 I'd say buy it from maplins, or buy
a $ky fitter a drink down the boozer

I've used the B&Q stuff - satellite signal sent 30 metres and it is fine. A
full reel was only £18 I thin.

Hi,
I do not feel B+Q will have the higher grade CT100 or equivalent.
Go to Maplins or a friendly Trade counter when they are at a quite time of
day.
My reel is an equivalent to CT100 and as a sticker on it saying it is
approved for use by BSkyB.

My reel of B&Q cable is marked CT100B - therefore meets the standard?

different manufacturers make this type of cable, and may give it a different
name, like HF109. Therefore a cable may be described as being CT100 but may
be of a different spec.

Hi,
So how do we know and get proper CT100?
What is then the only true manufacture?
And if CT100 isn't a spec. number what is the spec.?

Worth having a look at CT125, which is the stuff the Cable Companies use
for cabling their boxes to the NTP. I'm using a single 11 metre piece of
CT125 linked to my aerial.
