Quest HD and la Vuelta.

Here we go again - QHD has taken over la Vuelta from ITV4. First stage,
"Sorry..." and some stock programme on - not even snooker as it was last
year with il Giro.
Also, I don't like the lead commentator - he gets hysterical and spouts
crap, is too loud, reduce volume, the calm Irish chap speaks and I can't
hear him.

BTW, in the veldrome in Tokyo, Simon Brotherton was shreiking nonsense at
times; Chris was calm and informative. Why the hell is the gobby one always
unpleasant to hear?
I like ITV4's team and wish that it would do all 3 GTs.

Eurosport (Discovery) wants you to pay for their online content

so they are gobbling up secondary sports rights to encourage you to do so

Watching a 5 hour cycling event in real time is a chore - I like to watch a
couple of hours behind with in vision fast forward, until something
interesting happens. So unless they are offering that as an option, which
no other online streaming service that I have can do. I wont be paying

It's only a few years ago that the Giro and Vuelta weren't available on UK
FTA TV at all, so it will just be back to the status quo

I have no option for a sat dish here, so I can't subscribe to the broadcast
version even if I wanted to
