Can't believe what I'm seeing here, Majadou 18/1. This horse won't mind
the ground, ran a fair race last time (FTO) and has I talented young
Jockey on his back claiming 5. Ok, he's never won at the trip but he
has won 3 at the course, won over 2m5 and also won on heavy. For me the
step up in trip could be just what the horse needs and he's fairly
handicapped around the same rating has his two previous Handicap wins.

In a 12 runner fields I think 18/1 represents great value and I can see
this fellow definately running into a place if not winning this.
I also don't subscribe to the theory that Mccoy always has the stable
pick, in todays conditions it makes sense to put the claimer on the
horse carrying the most weight, particuarly when the jockey has ridden
the horse before and gone well on him.
