Don't know - but I have played on the lowest at
Furnace Creek in Death Valley California.

There is a very high one near Cape Town RSA. It is several thousand feet
above sea level. Apparrently the ball goes a mile there. Sorry due to an
attack of amnesia I cannot remember the name of the course at the moment but
it is one of the worlds highest, regards Mike.
