We have a lot of injuries in defence plus Nolan and Noble.

Have we reached the point where we rely more on teams below us losing?

Hopefully not!! COYI

Yes it is a worry, only 2 wins separate us now from the drop-zone. Where are
our next wins coming from???

We definitely can't just rely on other teams losing. No team has ever
survived in the 20 team PL with our current points total of 30. 18th place
has been occupied by teams with totals from 30 to 42 points (the 42 pointer
being us, IIRC) so we need to scramble some points from somewhere. Our
decline seems to date from Sam replacing the assistant manager. It has been
pure relegation results from then on. I wouldn't be too surprised if we
didn't survive.

Result today :-)
We played not too bad but were lucky
the Potters didn't get a
penalty from our hand ball. We are owed a few good decisions
though.

Agreed but, from what I saw watching the match on the internet, it
looked like ball to hand rather than hand to ball. I don't think it
should have been a penalty. For once I would like to say that the ref
was excellent. Much better than others I have seen lately.

Another few results like that, and we should be OK :-)
