West Ham Utd outfits were sneaked into Star Trek?

Was a West Ham Utd colours outfit regularly sneaked into Star Trek
episodes by a Cockney expat working in the wardrobe dept and the US
producers didn't notice?


In the old episodes of Star Trek :Voyager (currently running on the
CBS Action channel in the UK) we've got Kes in her claret and blue
`West Ham Utd' outfit - which may have been sneaked on screen right
under the noses of US producers by a British fan working in the
wardrobe dept

It isn't an Aston Villa outfit because they always have a V-neck.


Or it might all just be a co-incidence of course.

Or was it some Hollywood-based Cockneys having a secret laugh?

Does anyone know for sure which it is?


I know that Man Utd have glory-hunting fans everywhere - but West Ham
have fans in outer space?

Aliens living around 30 light-years away would only just be finding
out about Trevor Brooking scoring the winning goal in the cup final
for West Ham - does that explain it?


(Kes did change her outfit during the series both before and then
after but as I say if you watch CBS Action right now you'll see it
because she did wear that one for many episodes in a row)
