There is apparantly a painting by LS Lowry (allegedly a City fan) of a
section of the crowd at a match between Sheffield Utd and Man City. Does
anyone know where I can see a picture of this painting on the web?

I believe he was a lifelong City fan, but I think the painting you are
referring to was "going to the match 1953" which was sold recently for
£1.9m, but it's a game at Burnden Park.

You're right about "Going to the Match" but there is, apparently, another
painting of Man City playing Sheffield Utd at Bramhall Lane (a game that
City won 3-2). This painting is shortly to be auctioned and is expected
to fetch about 250,000.
