Slight rain Sunday morning stopped before 1100z. A cloudy day with a cold breeze. Clear spells at times overnight with a slight air and ground frost. Becoming cloudy toward the end of the night with a little slight rain just before 0700z. Generally very good visibility. Surface wind NW-NNW F4-5 becoming F3 after 1400z, backing S-SW F2 after 2000z, then increasing F3-4 after 0600z. Minimum temperature so far is -0.2 (0258z).

Slight rain started again just after 0700z, became moderate around 0755z and accompanied by a few snowflakes, and has just eased off to slight again. Cloudy/overcast with extensive low stratus developing in the precipitation, and thick medium layer above. Very good visibility rapidly reducing to moderate or poor in precipitation. Surface wind S F4 backing SE-SSE F2 after 0800z.

Rain, moderate at times, ceased just before 1200z. Front through at 1130z. Cloud now breaking and the lowest stratus has all but cleared with just some shreds covering Wenlock Edge towards Much Wenlock. Cumulus visible to the WSW. Thin stratocumulus layer clearing from the W, with patchy thin altocumulus above. Moderate or poor visibility has improved to very good in the past 20 minutes. Surface wind SE F2 became SSE-SSW F3-4 after 0900z, veering NW-NNW F3 after 1130z and moderating to F1 after 1150z.
