Early rain and drizzle cleared to leave bright sunshine for
an hour or so mid-morning before cloud increased once more.
Mainly overcast since 1300Z but remaining dry. The humidity
has been high enough today for mist to be observed rising
from the sea cliffs, and the downs are cloaked in stratus.
Poor visibility at first, rapidly improving to very good
but has lowered to moderate in mist during the past hour.
Wind NW'ly F4, backing W'ly, decreasing F2, now variable,
mainly W'ly F1.
RH 96%. Max temp so far today 10.4
