Or speak to the Government about appointing a Minister for Drought,
after all, it worked last time...

An amendment to the above:

We'd like to confirm that Atherstone Locks will remain open for
navigation after 12th August. This is just a restriction on navigation
times, and not a closure, as mistakenly listed in our water resources
email sent on Friday 5th August.

We apologise for this error and any confusion caused, Thank you for
your patience and help in managing our water resources, which is making
a big difference in keeping most of our network open.

Didn't he have a series of similar appointments like Minister for
Plagues of Frogs"?

Nice touch was the order from No 10 to do a rain dance. He revealed that
he did his bit by sharing a bath with his wife. At the time I remember
thinking "doesn't everyone". When I was a kid we did share the bath, at
the same time, until modesty took over.

I tried very hard to be in and out of the bath before my cvffvat sibling
got in. (Only joking).

Reminds me about the group of women complaining, to each other, that
their husbands cvff in the shower. One woman demurred and called her
husband, "Joe, you don't cvff in the shower do you?"

He replied, "Doesn't everyone when they have a fuvg."

Thanks for passing that on. Is the missing name the Rochdale? The Shropshire
Union would also fit alphabetically, but the Rochdale seems more likely.
