Hi All,

I wonder if there are any members here of the BMF? Reason, I am trying to
get hold of a copy of their 'Generic Mooring Conditions'. I understand these
are shortly to be implemented at Kings Bromley Marina. To get sight of a
copy one needs to be a member of said organisation. I am sure there is
nothing sinister in the 'conditions' but would like to know. Off list is
fine if you prefer but others might find the details interesting.

Regards

Andrew

I'm a member of BMF, but have not heard of this - will investigate if on-one
else can assist.

Enquiring about a mooring at virtually any marina in the country will
get you a copy - after all, they can't apply them without letting you
know what they are! They are printed in pale blue in very small type,
so they are unphotocopiable! Ithink it is "general", not "generic".

To email me, substitute "clara.co.uk" for "freeuk.com"

A good modern copier can copy stuff like that, no problem (we have a
colour copier at work that just amazes me). Any decent flatbed scanner
will definitely produce a readable image that can be printed (you could
probably even do OCR on the result to produce a machine readable
version, but that really would be naughty).
