Great B&B in Lakes

I have no association with this place other than the fact that I just
stayed here for the last 2 days for a walking break and highly recommend it.

Great brekkie, warm comfy room, great service and very walker friendly -
they even dry your wet gear!! Couldn't ask for more...

(PS - How good is the Lake District now compared to my last trip in
September? About minus 100,000 people a day better I'd say!!)

I've stayed there a couple of times now and can vouch for the fact that it
is indeed great!

Try and book for just a Friday night and see what they say. I warrent
that they'll tell you they only take bookings for full weekends. When
you ask why they'll tell you they do that because they can. Lakes B&Bs
<spit>.
