I recently had a FOI information on this bunker.

What Observer Corps monitoring stations was it serving in the area?

And were there more bunkers like this around?

FORMER BUNKER AND ELECTRICITY SUB-STATION, HOW WOOD, ST STEPHENS

Rectangular concrete structure, c.25 x 7.5m, in woodland near Park
Street. It was constructed during World War II close to the Handley
Page aircraft factory and airfield at Park Street, and its original
function was presumably associated with this site. Continued in use
after the War as a bomb proof CEGB sub-station, and control room. Its
purpose was to maintain the power supply to the Observer Corps
monitoring stations in the area.

There was a Cold War Royal Observer Corps post at Park Street, on the
northern edge of the airfield. Though, as with all the posts it wasn't
connected to an external electricity supply.

I don't see it in the list but does the floor plan look the same? If
not then it wouldn't have been ROC related.

Well exactly, thats what made me think, as you say posts arn't
connected to an external supply, so was it used to power somewhere
else, like a group HQ or how about a hither to unknown RSG or SRHQ or
other bunker?

I seriously doubt there's an unknown RSG or SRHQ out there. There's
also none within a good distance. It must have been something to do
with the Handley Page factory. Perhaps they had some sort of control
centre in case of attack during the war. Do you have a more accurate
location for it, such as a map ref?

I've only been scanning posts on this thread so apologies if I'm off target.

There is a disparity between the suggestions that it may be an ROC Post and
an RSG or SRHQ. ROC are quite small and, therefore, shouldn't be confused
with anything else. It occurs to me that if it has anything to do with the
Handley Page factory it may be an Observation / Command Post. It makes
sense to position this away from the main complex that may be attacked
either by ground or air forces.

Its quite far away from HP and it's it's Cold War use that I'm more
interested in, HP was closed for most of the time.

First part of the wood, near Ringway Road on the corner.

What about the back-up RSG and SRHQs, I've yet to see a difinative
list of those?
