Moving house

Hi everyone,

Just hoping for a little advice please!

I live in South Staffordshire and am moving home to another location in
South Staffordshire.

I have written to the Staffordshire Police Firearms unit to inform them of
this, as well as the date of moving.

Is there anything else I need to do to ensure legality?

I think you have it covered (as long as the letter was sent by registered
post!), and it's up to the police to issue a new certificate. I'd suggest
giving them a call just before moving day to see if they want to inspect
your cabinet, and that'll give them a nudge if they forgot to act on
anything.
