Well you can only be blamed for ALL societies ills for so long before
you revert to treating people like this, however this does not excuse
language like this, that is what killfiles and ignore thread buttons

Just a heavy piece of metal most cyclists carry to lock up their bikes
(why though confuses me as cycling is so unpopular why would a bike be
stolen <--sarc) as it is (usually) easily accessible (metal pipes/tire
irons etc being a bit awkward to carry on a pushbike ) some moot it as a
weapon that can be used against people who have just tried to kill you etc.

URC seems (has for a long time now) the place for people to post bad
things about cyclists and cyclists to retaliate in kind, actual
chat/questions about cycling being lost in all the name calling/swearing

Actuallisimo Bookface can be very useful for the likes of me, running
events and keeping folks informed.

I'm not the least interested in what you had for breakfast or 'Wow, this
vijo is unbelievable!' Some of the political news is useful as it
by-passes our government media control, but you have to cherry pick the
believable bits.

But I don't/won't have an iPhone. I still use an old steam laptop. If I
go out it stays at home.

I suppose, like everything else, FB is what you make of it.

end up with nothing at all ? Better just to leave people be and keep out of
