Does anyone have a recommendation as to which one to choose?

I also understand there is construction work going on in the area, which
site would be the quieter?

Thanks...........

The three complexes to which you refer are all quite distictly different in
terms of what they provide and the type of visitor that they attract.

1) Club Vera Playa Hotel is a hotel (although they do have some self
catering suites within the building) They also have entertaiment in the
evening and clothes must be worn. There is construction work going on
adjacent to it, but it should not really affect occupants there.

2) Vera Natura is a luxury private residential complex consisting of modern,
low rise, fully furnished apartments with pools, bars gym etc. Again there
is construction work going on adjacent to it but again it should not affect
the residents and guests at Vera Natura.

3) Natsun has two beachfront blocks with studios and apartments and some
single storey bungalows behind. The site is being deveopled with new
apartments and a new pool but for the time being Natsun provides *very
basic* accommodation and the construction work is *on site* (albeit
segregated).

So which one to reccommend?
Club Vera Playa Hotel - if you want a hotel (and you like dressing for the
evening and dressing for the restaurant)
Vera Natura - If you want luxury S/C accommodation.
Natsun - If you want somthing very basic by the beachfront.

Costa Natura was not mentioned but it's also in southern Spain.
Privately owned condos inside a gated community with two pools,
restaurant, bar, small store, library and a small health facility. The
beach is C.O. and not the greatest. The landscape and facilities are
just top notch.

I liked the ease of getting there (Gibraltar or Malaga) and the close
proximity of Estapona and restaurants, stores and such. The resort is
not isolated.

I further admit that I have not been to the other places and thanks for
the review as we are trying to choose either Vera Playa or Vera Natura
for next year. Last year Costa Natura, this year Cap d'Agde. Next
year??
