It was on a Tv programme in the last two weeks about a tree disease and
although we don't have it yet here, they want us to report what they
call spittle-bugs as they could transmit it. In my part of the country
we call it cuckoo-spit. I have some to report but don't know where to.

I did report one from my garden. You have to assign your bug to one of
three species via guidance included.
