Ah, that old line. I was "outed" as such on the net-abuse groups
15 years or so ago. It's such a lame accusation that it doesn't stick.

Anthony, we have noticed your frequent complaints about the way that others
have behaved towards you on usenet. We take these kinds of complaints very
seriously. However, before we can investigate we need to check a few
details.

Is this the address that you are referring to?
Anthony S Brandy
2 Westmoor Gardens
EN3 7LQ

(Please inform us if this has changed)

And are you a black or mixed-race man with an interest in Michael Jackson?

Do you, or did you, work as some kind of courier?

Were you sacked by somebody called "Graham" at Connections?

Did you fail to pay Bike Bandits rental fees that you owed to them?

Is, or was, "dogging" one of your hobbies?

Did you regularly visit St. Osyth Nudist beach at weekends on your
motorcycle ?

Did you use the posting name "nakedblkstud" when you were posting in the O2
2428 chatroom?

Does your website contain nothing other than an almost completely unused
"gaming chat" facility plus video clips of games, women with large
posteriors and a few cars?

Its just that we need to be sure that we have identified you correctly
before we investigate your complaints. If you can confirm or clarify the
above this will assist us greatly in adressing the concerns that you have
raised.

It's an American company, IIRC. No American company may violate its
customers' I Amendment protections, even if the customer is a foreigner.
See Licra v. Yahoo (United States Court of Appeals, Ninth Circuit. - 433
F.3d 1199).

No, but if this dimbulb (whoever he is) were to complain to giganews, and
if the latter were to yank steve's account, he could conceivably argue that
his rights under the I Amendment have been violated.

Somewhere on the Internet, is another case which illustrates this better,
but I can't find it. :-(

There's a neo-Nazi over on news:uk.politics.misc who precedes all his posts
with a declaration that his 'right' to spout hatred and call for the
destruction of Israel à la Ben Blaney [1] is protected by the I Amendment.
What the thick cunt hasn't realised is that German ISPs aren't bound by
American constitutional law or precedent. American ISPs, however, are.

Grow up? I imagine most of them are consenting adults.
I've never heard of roaming bands of pedophiles, jumping on innocent
children and forcing them to remove their shoes and socks.

Pedalophile seems to mean a cycling fanatic these days although strictly
speaking,
it is someone obsessed with foot-powered dinghys in the shape of a swan.

Whilst taunting that moronic pile of shit might be fun, I hate to be the
party pooper who points out that 'pedophile' _is_ an acceptable spelling of
'pædophile', and _does_ denote 'sexual attraction to children'.

But it is, and it does.

Well, quite. Except that irrespective of how it may offend us purists,
American English is now considered a bona fide variant of the language.

Besides, if we're to eliminate American English from our vocabulary, we'll
need to stop using expressions such as 'to fall for', 'to fly off the
handle', 'off-beat', 'punch line', 'quiz' (as a noun), 'round trip',
'round-up', 'to snoop' [1] ...

and Korean rice farmers, Highland sheep herders, german bier garten
owners, arabian camel hereders...the list is endless you worthles
putz.

As far as motorcycles go...when you can keep up with me on a little
spur of the moment 1,354 mile ride in a day let me know, because it
was the most fun I've had a ninjette so far, almost as fun as taking
my geritric GL1000 (stock no Vetter bullshit) up a nice moderately
twisty road adn leave a CBX club in the dust and I didn't even use the
entire tread...I know you'd never want to play on the road I grew up
on, not a bit of tarmac until you find a town.

I'm tired of wimps like you and gael...you punks need to get back on
the porch.

From what I see he and gael would make a cute couple wouldn't
they? ;^) BTW I suspect that gael was the model for the goatse
picture. 8^P

Nope. According to *you* you haven't no brains.

A common affliction among those who choose to live beneath bridges and
suffer from Bovidaephobia.

I suspect they'd dress in white and wear pointy hats, where you're
concerned.

Well... unless we're talking about your friends who you 'hang out'
with when dogging, you dirty dawg.
