Hello.... My brother has just bought a second hand C-Scope VLF 950 D
detector with no instructions. By a bit of twiddling we have managed to get
it to work but Some of the controls do not do what I would expect them to.
If anyone has a copy of the Instruction manual Or, even better, a circuit
diagram It would be most appreciated.

The unit has 4 controls labled On/Off/Tune, Reject, Sensitivity and a
switch marked D1 D2 Batt.

The D1 position seems to work to a degree but D2 produces nothing.
Tune and Reject seem to produce the same results.
Sensitivity works but involves a lot of twiddling of the other controls to
keep the unit working.

Any help appreciated........

i bought one of these machines abt 5yrs ago without a manual
phoned up C-Scope the got number off one of the adverts and most helpful there
were
they returned the manual within 2 days cost abt 2pounds

right now for the biz
what use is this machine?
i use my CZ6 and find the goods, mark spot and let my wife follow behind and
dig up the finds with her VLF950D

benefit of VLF950D?

wife thinks she's of use
she thinks its great to dig a spot until she finally receives a signal way out
of range of her machine and know there is something there eventually

keeps her useful and happy for all the time you are out detecting
good luck

I like your way of working Dave. If only I could persuade my missus to do
the same ;-)
