I downloaded a copy of Android Studio and also some of the skins for Galaxy devices (Note 3, Note 4, Note 5, Tab 10 7") and wanted to import the skins into the Virtual Device Configuration screens. I see the 'Import Hardware Profiles' buttons and point it toward the folder with the skin (hardware.ini file) but it never seems to import anything or add the skin I am trying to import to the list anywhere. Am I missing something, doing something wrong or is this broken at the moment? Can anyone tell me how I import the Samsung skins into Android Studio's virtual device manager?
NOTE: References from Developer.Android.com and Samsung recommend to house them in the "Android SDK > Platforms > android-## > skins" folder. I have found you can just put it anywhere, for convenience, with no issues. But you can certainly put it in the skins folder, if you prefer. Again, I use the first Android folder in the Programs folder in my C drive.

I've recently started looking into skins for my SLS (i7) because of how easily the device can scratch, so I decided open a thread about it since the options out there are very limited and somewhat confusing to me. The websites that I've found which do have skins for the SLS are:

You got some lovely colours, Marilyn. I cannot decide which one is the nicest. I love the colour you got from skins. How many skins did you use per litre of water? Did you also mordant the fibres/fabrics before putting into the dye?
All of the colors you achieved by dyeing avocado skins look good and very natural, so I am starting to save my skins and pits! What is your finishing process, Marilyn, and have you determined the avocado dyes to be colorfast?
Very nice shades of pink and brown, and really interesting to see the difference in colour between wool, silk and cotton, and between using pits or skins. Very scientifically executed experiment. I need to start saving avocado pits and skins too. ?
You obtained lovely results with all three experiments. I have dyed with avo stones and skins (in separate pots) today for the first time. Impatient to see some results, I immediately placed test strips in each pot: one divided into quarters and the other into thirds (the skins). The one with skins was simmered for 45 minutes and the one with the stones an hour. When it was removed, the skins had dyed a darker pink than the one dyed with the stones, but I understand that the stones should be left at least two days to leach out the colour. So I am very happy with the results. Both dyed lovely pinks; I think it is due to our borehole water, which is very alkaline. But I would like to experiment with alum. How much gram should I add to approximately 10 litre of water (200 gram fabric)? Thank you, lovely stuff you made.
FL Studio 11 and older versions use bitmap images for the GUI. Where skins modify any part of the existing GUI bitmaps, this is an unauthorised use of our artwork.
