Does anyone know of an address or phone number for Alan Bremner, a
breeder of hardy geraniums who lives (or perhaps used to live) in
Orkney? I've tried in on-line phone directories and haven't been able
to find him.

My brother is in Orkney at the moment and would like to track him
down.

Ceitag,

Thank you for your help. I gather that my brother has, by the simple
means of asking around a bit in Orkney, managed to track down Alan
Bremner.

Incidentally, I found a website for the nursery you mentioned. The
nursery is called Orkney (Wholesale) Perennials and is at:
http://www.rich.owp.btinternet.co.uk/index.htm

Though I know Orkney pretty well, I'd never heard of this business.
It seems to carry a surprisingly large range.

Thanks again,

Norman

Knickers knickers knickers. I have been looking for calamagrostis
brachytricha for months and just located some in Kent i think, and had them
sent up (very nice chaps) BUT i prefer to source plants closer to home, and
Island businesses need to rely on mail order, i wish I'd found owp had them
sooner. What a great range of plants owp has.
