Hi!

Is there a resident micro-irrigation guru lurking who might
be able to answer this question?!

Is the Gardena system intercompatible with Hozelock's?

We already have a Gardena system but we may ditch if
Hozelock's is incompatible purely because Hozelock components are
much more keenly priced and seem more readily available...

Any ideas..

I am not certain but it is amazing what you can lash together with
combinations of bits of old pipe (available in many diameters) and
circlips. My irrigation system is best described as inhomogenous.
There is hosepipe, some Gardena and a bunch of no-name random Belgian
bits.

Don't expect it all to fit easily together without some excitement...

I get all my bits from Interploy Marketing, Kingston on Thames. Much cheaper
than any of these and entirely satisfactory. Look in Gardeners World mag for
advert, note phone number and tell Norman Leasey I sent you. He alsodoes
many of the summer shows. Malvern for certain.
Any further problems I'm at
