We planted a blackberry bush in our garden some 5 years ago.
Each year, we get lots of foliage, lots of growth....
But no flowers.... and no berries!
What's wrong??
( I love blackberries )

Excuse me if I am telling you what you know, but you aren't cutting
it back every winter, are you? All blackberries fruit on their
old wood (usually the previous year's).

If that isn't the explanation, and it is grown in a reasonable
position (i.e. some sun), I would grub it up and plant another.
They grow fast enough that it isn't worth bothering with an
obvious non-doer.

Blackberries are biannual. Make sure you are not cutting this year's
growth back. If you do, you will get a new set of canes every year with
no blooms and no berries. This year's canes make next year's berries.
You should cut last years canes after you harvest the berries but do not
cut this year's canes.

Probably isn't your problem but thought I'd throw this out.
