Can't tell from the picture how tall it is. I had something similar last
year, definitely from DH's bird seed, although the leaves in your picture
look more bronze coloured. Mine grew to about 2 ft before it flowered.

Looks like a yellow flowered radish, so could it be wild radish,
Raphanus raphanistrum?

I think its oil rape..you see bright yellow fields of it in flower,
grown for seed oil and animal feed. It's a common part of birdseed mixes.
