Here's the truth about "Dr." Tim Witt. I am remaining anonymous with a
dump email address for a reason. My current position of employment
would not look well upon having the knowledge I do. Please note that
all of this is composed from public records, as well as information
gained through former neighbors, acquaintances, and others.
Timothy Wittneben is divorced. He's also a child abuser. He's also a
spousal abuser. He once tried to beat his pregnant daughter to death
with a paperweight, and has chased his children with large cutting
knives. There was once a Child Services order preventing him from
staying in the same residence as any child under the age of seventeen.
There is currently a permanent restraining order keeping him from ever
stepping foot within 500 yards of any member of his family.
Timothy Wittneben only had 3 children. The 4th, which he claims, was
actually a stepchild. He uses the 'ive got a family to feed' line
because it works.
Timothy Wittneben is a drug abuser. He is also a recovering alcoholic.
Everyone who has ever known this man in person, has wanted him dead.
Literally. He's dying of cancer, and also has has diabetes, emphasyma,
and no soul. Francine Wittneben has never been a willing partner in
her ex-husband's dealings, but we believe she was threatened with death
if she did not help him run his 'business'.
He routinely has made false police, fire, and child services reports
implicating and harrassing the family he cannot have, and has routinely
run away from in the time in which he was still married to Francine.
He has been to prison. Twice.
In the 'free trial', he backdates his emails, so they appear to be sent
out significantly earlier than they actually are, citing 'internet
traffic' among other reasons. In reality, he waits until he's right,
and then sends out the right answer.
If you ever have cause to talk to this man over the phone, record it.
Every time. Save every email he ever sends you. The service he is
providing is illegal. If you were to persue him on criminal charges of
fraud, he is the one who is doing the greater wrong. Even though you
are purchasing an illegal service, he is fraudulently running a
pseudo-business, and your minor charges would be dropped in favor of
the greater criminal charges against him. This man is a menace to
everyone around him.
In reality, he has no power. He's loud, and ugly, and fat, but he has
no mafia connections. He is a part of the Vegas narcotics underworld,
as a consumer. Nothing more. The most he could do is post a 'scammers
page' on his site, and 'deface your good name'. Oh, the irony.
The best thing to do, is leave him alone. Tell as many as you can
about him, and stay as far away as you can. Far, far away.
