Dear fellow riders,

We are an independent firm of "Property Finders" within a small Surrey based
firm of Estate Agents. Rather than acting for the seller my department acts
for the buyer. We take the hassle and leg-work out of contacting agents and
undertaking the initial viewings on behalf of high profile and busy clients.
We also field off those irritating Agent calls.

We cover all of the UK & the Channel Islands.

There is no conflict of interest between this department and our sales
department as we rarely sell our own properties to our own clients - if we
do we waive the fee for the buyer.

Past and present clients include Merchant Bankers, Technologists, Pop & Film
Stars, Politicians and Foreign Royalty although confidentiality is
maintained throughout.

The advantages of using a Property Finder are as follows:-

· We have a common understanding with all Estate Agents that handle
prestigious properties and are permanently on their mailing lists.

· We often have access to such properties before they appear on the open
market.

· We undertake the initial viewings and can provide additional digital
photographs via email to our client. We can also make a "video tour" of the
inside & grounds.

· We handle the negotiations with the selling agents and their clients.

· We can obtain local searches (prior to agreeing a sale) and other
pertinent information that may affect the future value of the property.

· We can visit the client at home or at work weekly, Monday to Sunday 06.00
to 23.00 in order to present our findings, photo's & videos.

· We offer a chauffeur service in smart, air-conditioned vehicles & in light
aircraft.

· We can obtain accurate estimates from builders, decorators & landscaping
contractors and assist with obtaining planning permission prior to agreeing
a sale.


We charge a small fee to cover expenses, mileage and so on as well as a
small percentage of the final purchase price. These costs are well justified
by saving the client from wasted journeys and time away from the office. We
take the hassle away from PA's and we achieve early introductions to prime
properties via our close and respected contact within the industry often
before full marketing commences.

.....and another thing.....did I miss the bit that had your competitive and
extremely reasonable fees quoted (together with discount for uk.r.e readers)

Hmmmph, estate agents advertising on the group indeed, before you know it we'll
have the mormons knocking on the door.

Bog off and pay for your ads in the Horse & Hound like every other Estate Agent
has to, with twice the commission you earn from buyer/seller you should be able
to afford it.

Shut the door quietly on the way out, there's a good fellow :)
