I don't think this is 'Army of Darkness'.

http://us.imdb.com/Title?0083907

Would seem to suggest 'The Evil Dead' or maybe 'Ultimate Experience in
Grueling Terror'.

I think 'Army of Darkness' is 'Evil Dead 3'.

You could well be correct Bob...hence the ?????s...I tried to check it out,
but all the answers I got were ambiguous...

I'm afraid that it's well out of my area of expertise :-)

Forgive me if I'm wrong....I often am, but I thought prequels were released
"after" the original...sort of like a sequel (sp?) but telling the story
from before..if you get what I mean....

Does this mean that The Evil Dead was released "after" The Evil Dead 2?

Cheers

I thought prequel meant before, which would make Evil Dead the answer but we
need someone to confirm definition of 'prequel'

Wasn't Star Wars Episode 1 a prequel to those Star Wars films in the 70s -
ie released later than the film it referred to but telling the story of what
happened
before the events in those films?

I thought a prequel was just 'the story before this one', it doens't
matter which order they were released in. iyswim. So Star Trek was
the prequel to Star Trek 2, the same way that Star Wars:the phantom
menace was the prequel to Star Wars.
I think.
Maybe we should hit an online dictionary? :-)

Regarding the correspondence about the 'Evil Dead' I note that the
headline for this thread states Satellite Times (PC.Email.Phone)...but
when I was reading the competition rules in the current issue -
September - Page 60 - it states:

To enter each competition simply call the telephone number printed.
Calls should cost no more that 25 (unless other stated).....etc.

Alternatively send your entries by postcard.....

There is no mention of sending in any entries by E-Mail.

Does anyone know any different?

Best wishes
Marco Polo

Yep I emailed them and asked. The published my letter a couple of months
ago, with a reply confirming that email entries were fine, but each comp
MUST be entered in a seperate email.
