Anybody know this year's shortlist? I think the comp will be drawn from
all entries, not just the correct ones, otherwise it would be best not
to enter until the results of the Turner prize are announced on 28/11

Michael Raedecker: For his current exhibition at The Approach,
London and his work as seen in the Stedelijk van Abbemuseum.
Michael's work uses unsettlingly serene landscapes and interiors
that use a combination of unusual textiles and materials.
Glen Brown: For his exhibitions at Jerwood Space London and Max
Hetzler Gallery, Berlin. His work throws High Art in the ring
with Popular Culture by offering his own version of epic history
paintings. The exhibition will include portraits such as Shallow
Deaths 2000 and science fiction dramas such as The Tragic
Conversion of Salvador Dali 1998.
Wolfgang Tillmans: For his exhibitions at interim Art, London and
Andrea Rosen Gallery, New York. His work is described as
"strikingly engaging.while challenging the boundaries between art
and photography". His informal style of photography mixes the
genres of portraiture, documentary and still life and covers
everything from human portraits to pictures of Concorde.
Tomoko Takahashi: For her part in the exhibition 'New Neurotic
Realism' at the Saatchi Gallery. Her kleptomaniac approach sees
her combining every material imaginable to create an installation
that investigates civic life, its codes and ultimately turns them
on their heads.
