Could you paint a watercolour that would make us sit up and take notice? We know that lots of our 'Friend' readers are keen artists, but how many of you would like to take up the challenge and see if you can win a prize in our great competition? Our competition will be judged in conjunction with SAA - The Society For All Artists. Founded in 1992 to inform, encourage and inspire all artists, the SAA has grown into an art organisation with 33,352 members in 62 countries. Members range from complete beginners to amateurs, professionals and teachers. They have over 850 art clubs and societies and, if you love painting, the SAA will help you. How To Enter:
First, paint your picture, using watercolours. Remember that your theme must be "memories" or "a local scene", Then take a colour photocopy or photograph and send it to:
