Neither of these tunnels are the Dartford or Mersey Tunnels.

Please would some one check my answers. Not certain of them.

I do know that what all the places mentioned "more or less" (as he says) lie
on the Greenwich Meridian!! Very Topical.

THE QUESTIONS
1: Where did our journey start? ----------->> Peacehaven (east of Brighton
on the coast)

2: Where did our journey end? -------------->>>Grimsby

REASONS
Goto http://www.lewes.gov.uk/intro.htm

Starts on chalk cliffs
Talks of 13th Century battle (could be battle at Offham in 1264
Gardens by Capabilty brown would then be the Sheffield Gardens west of
Uckfield
Bumpy Airfield could then be Gatwick?

Why Cleethorpes rather than Grimsby? I agree it can be since it is on the
Meridean, but so can Grimsby. I know Cleethorpes is a resort but isn't
Grimsby?

You may well be correct, just wondering for your reasons.

I do know that what all the places mentioned "more or less" (as he says) lie
on the Greenwich Meridian!! Very Topical. Both Cleethorpes and Peacehaven
lie exactly on the Greenwich Meridean.

THE QUESTIONS

on the coast)

2: Where did our journey end? -------------->>>Cleethorpes

I always put Name, Address, E mail and telephone Number. I suspect that all
that they wanyt is name and address. Maybe that is why I never win - or is
it because The Times know I post the answers?
