Does anybody out there subscribe to 'Prizes Galore' magazine and won
anything ? I've had it for 18months and won a 'hayfever survival'kit last
summer -but nothing else as yet.Any idea how many subscribers these type of
mags get?
Also thanks to Claire for posting the details of the Mitsubishi pd.I went on
Sunday when the showroom was closed, and pleaded with the cleaner to let me
in to fill out the form as the cd was the next day!

I've been subbed to prizes galore for a few years now, and I possibly
won a paper back book, it had no slip with it. I got another year of
sub for free, iirc.
I've also subbed to puzzles galore a couple of times, but not seen
a bean.
What I did win, though, was a silver plated photo frame and a minifridge
with Everyone's a Winner, which is a new version of the same thing -
presumably with a lower subscription rate so far.

I've subscribed to prizes galore on and off for a few years now. In 92 I won
3 prizes - 1 of which was a wheelbarrow, but this time round I've only
managed a single use camera so far

I've subscribed for about 4 years. When I first subscribed they had an
offer on - win in the first year or your money back - and surprise surprise
I won a bedlinen and curtain set. Nothing I can be sure of since then,
although I've had a few small things (paperback book, chewing gum!) without
labels so they could have been "club giveaways". My advice is don't bother
unless you happen to enjoy doing the puzzles as you probably won't break
even.

Best wishes,

Susan

I've been subscribing to Prizes Galore since it started and generally win two
or three prizes a year - mainly small ones, admittedly, but it repays the cost
of subscription. . . .

I've done Prizes Galore on and off for about ten years, and until this
month, hadn't won anything, however, now I'm looking at a BT cordless
phone!

Btw, I'd stopped my subscription and they wrote to me about a year
later to offer me two years for the price of one. Last time I got the
magazine, they said that if I didn't win anything, I'd have a free
year, which I had to remind them about - but no wins from it...!

I've been subscribing since it started and have only won a tennis racket - I
think that was about four years ago - nothing since!!

My sister got me a 6-month subscription as a christmas present in 97
and I managed to win a lifetime subscription about 4 months into it!

I've subscribed for about 18 months and won a book and some sunglasses,
my mum who joined the same time won a £ 10 hire shop voucher !!

A woman at the West Ridings Comp Club (email for details) has won a
weekend break last year and has just won another prize.

As I'm the 'sister', you can imagine I was a bit peeved as I've only managed
a single use camera from them in the last 2 years.

I've subscribed to Prizes Galore for about 18 months - mainly because my mum
does - and she gives me all the answers -I don't have time to do all the
puzzles myself! I've had about 4 or 5 prizes, the best of which was a video of
Austin Powers before it was on general release. My son thought this was the
best prize I'd ever won (forget the hols, cars etc) so for that alone, it's
been worthwhile for me!

My mother subscribed me to this one but I've never won anything from it.
You can get the answers on Marina's site. :o)
