[b]TWO DAY EVENT[/b]
This year VW Festival is a TWO day event spanning the 16th and 17th
August 2008 with overnight onsite camping on the Saturday night. Also we
have moved the main show back to where it belongs, in front of the house.

on-gate price of nearly £8 per day)
- WEEKEND TICKETS (inc Camping) are only available by PREBOOKING

[b]PREBOOKED TICKETS & BENEFITS[/b]
"Sunday Only" or "Full Weekend" tickets are now available from

[b]TRADERS[/b]
This year it's a straight forward £10 per metre frontage (standard 10m
depth per plot), and that cost includes the Saturday AND the Sunday
trading.

Traders who have already registered with us will be receiving their packs
in the next week or so.

[b]AUTO JUMBLE [/b]
Auto Jumble plots are FREE as they were in 2005, 2006 and 2007. To
reserve your plot visit the following link

and fill in the form. You then have to buy your entry tickets to get into

[b]CLUB STANDS[/b]
Club stands are again FREE. To reserve your Club Stand on the main show

Each member and passenger on the club stand is required to prebook their
entry tickets (via the website or through your designated organiser) in
order to get onto the stand. Clubs are limited to 15 cars. We will also be
restricting the number of “Club Plots” so get in early to avoid
dissappointment.

[b]GRAFFITI DISPLAY[/b]
This year sees the return of the ever-popular live Graffiti Display.

show.

[b]VW FESTIVAL FLYERS[/b]
You can get involved in VW Festival by distributing flyers at shows, meets

[b]VWF2008 is upon us.....fingers crossed for the weather! [/b]

Prebooking of tickets has now closed....double the number sold last year
which is great news! please dont forget you CANNOT obtain WEEKEND tickets
on the gate.

You CAN get day passes by simply turning up, but you pay Harewood House
standard gate entry price, and if you are turning up for one day then
Sunday is the main day! Prices on Harewoods website

[b]Opening Times are as follows:[/b]

[b]WEEKEND TICKET[/b] holders can access the site from 10am on the
Saturday morning, with the BAR, FOOD and LIVE MUSIC from 12.00pm NOON
until 12.00 MIDNIGHT and TRADERS open from 12.00 NOON until 6.00pm.

[b]PREBOOKED SUNDAY ONLY[/b] ticket holders, CLUB STANDS and DISPLAY CARS
can access the site from 8.00am on the SUNDAY, with the main gates opening
to the public at 10.00am on Sunday.
