Hi,

I need to get the door panels off of a Citroen Saxo, I've been having
problems and wondered if anyone had any experience/tips.

TIA

Do you mean the actual door panels? If so it goes like this:

Pull off the window winders(if fitted) and the speaker cover.

Unscrew the two screws in the door close grab hole and the one just
below the wing mirror. There may be more but I can't remember any

Starting along the bottom of the door, pull the plastic hard and it will
pop out the poppers. Work round and then lift the panel over the lock
button.

I don't know how you get the horrible orange covers off the lock buttons
if you have a special edition. We tried to remove them on a friends car
using brute force but gave up defeated.

Thanks, this one's got little screw on yellow balls on the lock pins so it
shouldn't be too much trouble when we get to that stage :-)

Are the pins oblong? If so I haven't tried that. I'll give it a go
later.

It worked, if you yank them upwards they refuse to budge, twist them and
they come off in seconds! Thanks

The thing is, they aren't actually screwed on as such, they are very
loose once the glue seal has been broken. The pins are oblong so the
last thing I would have thought to do was to twist them.
