As david has said whilst I have a great preference for newsnet I do
recognise the practice that has become common for web forums to be the
modern way ( to me they are clumsy and slow compared to newsnet ).
However I have registered on your site and as soon as I can I will
post. My first posting will be on your pinned topic of how to erect an
awning, the method you use use looks exceedingly cumbersome and labour
intensive and to my mind is not the right way to go. Putting up an
awning is a one person job done the easy way not the two or more
person way that is shown on your site.

It would be nice if new members who register could be approved a bit
quicker. Some people will register and then find that they have to
wait and not come back.
