I didn't notice Antihistamines (for Hay fever and insect bites) or
sting relief cream on your list.

rtv does NOT need capitalized, but you can do it if you want. Its
not a brand.
Getting heartburn can be unsettling.
The reason I added some things, I made up my own personal list long ago, so
I just added some things I had on mine.

I didn't mean to imply you'd done anything wrong (though, now that I
think of it, most initialisms get capitalized whenever I see them), just
defining terms he didn't know.

In the UK the convention is to capitalise all acronyms. Strictly each
letter should have a "." after it, but this is not normally done.
