Mercruser 3.0 Litre engine parts wanted

Hello,
I am in need of a push rod and valve rocker for a Mercruiser 140 3 Lt
engine.
Has anyone got a scrapper lying around? I think that the 2.5 shared the
same valve gear, or could anyone suggest whether this engine, the 'Iron
Duke', was used in any English Vauxhall / Bedford vehicles, so that I can
spend easter trawling scrap yards!!
