Seaburn, Sunderland. The beach above the tide-line was frozen solid.
Big flock of Wigeon floating on the sea 200m offshore (swimming northwards)
At least 9 Snow buntings over the beach at the Whitburn end.
Also more rock pipits than I've ever seen in one place before.
