Its funny how, these days, you do not get 50p rises any more on things, its
nearly always in pounds. So the single Alexa unit music monthly sub is now
going to be £5.99, up by a pound. This is no matter how much you use it. It
does make me wonder with all of these music services, some encrypted, some
not, and some you can keep if you unsubscribe and some you cannot, quite who
is getting the obviously variable money. If its the writers and artists and
producers, I have no problem, but I'm beginning to believe mostly its the
usual fat cats who have their hands on the distribution and they want the
lions share.
