IMHO the Revox's on the list are going to be much better machines than
your Tandberg but, as with anything like this, you have to check their
condition carefully, especially the heads. 250 pounds is reasonable for
an A77 in good condition but 595 for a Mk1 B77 is a bit steep because it
is going to be nearly 20 years old. For that kind of money I would
expect brand new heads, a full service and alignment to the tape of your
choice.
