on 12 october 2011. gareth alun evans of 13 hardens close chippenham
wiltshire sn15 3aa was convicted.

being unemployed, he was given a 3 year conditional discharge and ordered to
pay £625 court costs.

a restraining order was issued against gareth alun evans preventing him from
contacting a named person or their employer.

those wishing to obtain further details should apply to chippenham mags for
a written extract, for which a fee is payable.

those who have been subject to harassment by the convicted criminal gareth
alun evans may wish to consider their options at this point. it is clear
that further appearances on the same charge will result in less lenient
treatment.

It's just that everytime you google my name you get a link to him
accusing me of doing it.

http://www.google.co.uk/url?sa=t&rct=j&q=gareth%20paley&source=web&cd=3&ved=0CC4QFjAC&url=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.telecomsbanter.co.uk%2Fuk-telecoms%2F9825-gareth-paley-m3wws-g1lvn-criminal.html&ei=iX21Tsu5HsLW8QP3-4GABQ&usg=AFQjCNGVzrmYs3d3CR5_P_Odf7L5BLdNMA&sig2=th8b8qdTw2xQPVy2k8Baww

He mentions my full name and my employer and it's in a post on a
public telecoms forum.

If I decide to take the matter of this message - which I find
offensive - to court what happens when (when not if) he is found guilt
again. Can you have 2 concurent conditional discharges for the same
offence or will he get banged up?

I see the link goes to a site called "Telecoms Banter." Seems quite
appropriate.

make a complaint to your local police, who will take a statement and ask
them to forward it to wiltshire police at chippenham police station. take
along paper copies of everything, including a copy of the wiltshire gazette
article.

make sure they understand that your employer has been contacted in an
attempt to cause you trouble and/or get you sacked.

i am in touch with two other victims of harasement by gareth alun evans.
they have been waiting for the outcome of his court case and are now
preparing to give their statements to police.

cannot comment on what might happen if he is hauled before court again,
though it is unlikely to be treated as leniently as last time.

good luck

Indeed, I'd have to agree. For people who should know better there is a
distressing tendancy to carry on poking the bear. It's not big, it's not
clever, so please stop it before you look even more foolish. It's been to
court, the case is over, it's closed. End.

For all those who are trying to "persuade" me also to press charges, both
on here and by email, I'll amke it simple for you.

I am not going to comment on the rights or wrongs of what has gone before,
that is for people closer to the nub of it to decide as they are better
placed. Whilst Gareth's actions towards me may have been somewhat foolish,
they are not at all very criminal so please stop trying to amke something
of it - I will just killfile you if you carry on. I'm sure that will have
little effect on you but at least I'll get some peace.

Beanies been caned and has kept a low profile since then, why are we
chewing this over and over again?

Unfortunate that he took things that far, but the matter has run its
course for now, barring any developments its pointless to drag it all
back out again. My views on his personna on the group are well known,
but further castigation verges on cyber-bullying. Which Im sure he
would quickly use against others in reprisal.

Quite right, it was an important part of the Milk Monitor's duty to ensure
the crate was left in the warmest place, ideally bright sunlight through
